Workstation Set Up removes the hassle of setting up a new computer within your business. The TechGuys will set up, install and configure your new computer and connect it to an existing network. We'll even take away the packaging and recycle it.

On the day of your appointment
- The TechGuy will contact you before 10 am to confirm their arrival time.
- On arrival we will discuss your requirements and will assess the hardware
- We'll install any operational and network capable computer or laptop onto the company's business network (wired or wireless).
- We'll unpack and remove any packaging (if necessary).
- We'll then set-up and configure the product.
- We'll connect the computer to an existing network.
- We'll configure and install all required software that's available and licensed for use.
- We'll install and configure any peripherals, any computer updates / product updates.
- We'll then take you through a full demonstration of the set-up.
- On completion we will ask you to sign-off the service.

Service requirements
- Broadband internet connection (for computer updates).
- Network connection available at location of computer.
- Power socket(s) available at location of computer.
- Driver CDs for additional peripherals to be installed.
- Licensed software discs for installation.

Service excludes
- Setup of peripherals not compatible with computer operating system or where software or drivers are not available from the manufacturer.
- Additional equipment that is required to perform the service.
