Important information
- Data Vault is available to broadband customers only.
- Data Vault backs up all items found on your desktop by default, which include shortcuts, files and folders.
- Data Vault allows you to manually exclude files and folders from your back up.
- Data Vault requires access to the internet. Please ensure that your firewall software allows Data Vault access to the Internet.
- Data Vault software will constantly check your PC for any changes to the files you've backed up and upload those changes when they happen.
- Data Vault does not back up Windows specific settings (font sizes, screen resolution, wallpaper settings or theme preferences).
Service excludes
- Setup and configuration service not available on Microsoft® Server operating systems.
- Apple Mac operating systems.
